This video shows the moment when the explosion from a confined vapour cloud involving a 17.3 kWh hybrid Jeep blew the roof off the vehicle as firefighters attend.
The battery produces the vapour cloud without ignition and the cloud leaks into the passenger compartment of the vehicle before exploding.
